Abstract submission opens: September 15, 2024
Deadline for abstract submission: January 15, 2025 - Extended deadline: January 31, 2025
Notification of abstract acceptance: February 10, 2025
Early bird registration: March 1, 2025
Late registration: March 30, 2025

Conference days: May 21-23, 2025

Registration fees:
 The following fees are for those who are not EUROMECH members. If you are a EUROMECH member, you will get a 350 SEK (Swedish Krona) discount on the fee.

  • Students - Early bird: 4350 SEK (~ 379 Euro)
  • Delegates - Early bird: 5350 SEK (~ 465 Euro)
  • Students - Late registration: 5350 SEK (~ 465 Euro)
  • Delegates - Late registration: 6350 SEK (~ 552 Euro)

Registration fees include:

  • VAT
  • Technical program
  • lunches during the conference days
  • Coffee breaks

For banquet dinner, an extra 1000 SEK (~ 87 Euro) will be added to the registration fees.

Please note that the payment of registration fees will be handled via bank card payments.
