Guests are responsible for booking their own accommodation in Gothenburg. Below is our hotel recommendation, conveniently located near the conference venue at Stena Center.

Hotel Poseidon

We have pre-reserved a limited number of rooms at Hotel Poseidon for conference attendees. The hotel is located about an 11–13 minute walk from Stena Center. You can walk along Aschebergsgatan to Kapellplatsen (Stena Center is on your left), or take tram 10 or 7, or bus 16, 61, or 753 from Vasaplatsen to Kapellplatsen for a short 5-minute ride.

• Rates:
  • Single room: 1137 SEK per night
  • Double room: 1486 SEK per night
    (Rates include breakfast, VAT, Wi-Fi, and coffee/tea.)
• Payment: On site by credit card or cash (SEK, EUR, USD).
• Cancellation Policy: Free of charge until 18:00 on the day before arrival; if not cancelled by then, one night will be charged at 100%.
• Reservation Code: E-mail us at petter.uvdal@physics.gu.se for the code. (An automated email will be sent later.)
